If appointments are canceled less than 48 hours you will be charged 80% of your service. This will be applied to the card on file. LATE POLICY- If you are running 15 minutes late, please text me. There is a $20 late fee. If you know, you will be 20 minutes late please reschedule. If not, I’ll cancel your appointment. This will result in a late cancellation fee. RESCHEDULE- You are allowed to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. I understand that things may happen so please text me if you need to reschedule the day of. NO SHOWS- No calls. No shows will be banned from booking again and will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. a cancellation fee for no-shows. If I reschedule your appointment on the day of your appointment, a discount will be given for the inconvenience. ( I also hold myself accountable.) DEPOSITS- All clients are charged 50% of the full service amount. There are no refunds! There are no additional guests allowed, including children, unless they are receiving services as well. Please be aware that once you are under the dryer during your service, another client will come in and I will start on their service. This will not interrupt your service. If you want a personal service, additional fees will be applied.
